We are twin brothers, Jon and Gabe Dilworth. We have been in the real estate finance, development and construction industry for a combined 30+ years.
Dilworth Homes is a family real estate brand that we created for the homes we are building in Culver City, CA. Family core values are an integral part of our operations that includes deep relationships with sub-contractors, investors and our clients.
Our vision is to take the highest level of care into construction methods, materials used, energy efficiency, and other building sciences when developing real estate projects to create a comfortable and healthy home that will last for multiple generations to come.
